Terms of service

The service is provided by Neuri LLC, an Arizona, USA company. By paying you accept these terms.

The assessment

It is a business guidance report on where AI and automation can help you. An AI model drafts it from your answers and a person at Neuri reviews and approves it before delivery. Hour and cost estimates are approximate and depend on what you share with us.

Recommendations about data and compliance are general guidance, not legal, tax or compliance advice. Consult a professional for your case.

Guarantee

If the assessment doesn't identify at least 3 actionable opportunities, we refund 100% of what you paid. Request it in Messages within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed manually to the original payment method.

Assessment credit

100% of the assessment fee is credited toward an implementation proposal accepted within 30 days of delivery, if the proposal is at least twice the assessment fee and in the same currency. It applies to the phase 1 payment, once.

Implementation and support

Each phase has fixed scope, deliverables, timeline and price in the proposal. Monthly support renews each month and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal; it runs until the end of the paid period.

Payments

USD or MXN charges are issued by Neuri LLC through Stripe. We do not issue CFDI invoices. Outside the guarantee, payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed in writing.

Your accounts and data

Tools we recommend are contracted in your name. Don't share passwords or card details in the portal.

Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid for the service in question.
