Neuri LLC (Phoenix, Arizona, USA; hola@neuri.tech) is responsible for the data you give us at consulting.neuri.tech.

What we use

Your name, email, business name and general business details, your AI Score and questionnaire answers, the messages you send us and your payment history (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details). We do not ask for or want passwords, card numbers or health records.

Why

To give you access to your portal, prepare and deliver your assessment, bill you, reply to you and send service emails. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (the AI model that drafts the assessment; under its API terms it is not used for training), Neon (database) and Railway (hosting), all in the US.

How long

While you have an account and up to 24 months after your last service, except where the law requires longer (for example, payment records).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection by emailing hola@neuri.tech from your account email. We reply within 20 business days.

Cookies

We only use one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.
